Over a three-year period, Wildenborch compiled a portfolio of 132 houses and 48 garages in various locations in the German municipality of Bedburg-Hau.
The company optimised the portfolio by means of housing improvement measures and improved building management. This increased rentability from 70% to 99%. Thanks to these initiatives, the project has proven very profitable, both in financial and social terms.
