DE – Gross-Gerau, State Hessen
Wildenborch has developed an assisted living, care home, complex with 101 care places for elderly and infirm residents of Gross-Gerau (10 km from Frankfurt am Main).
This project is a cooperation between Wildenborch and Arche NOAH. Wildenborch is also realising a building for protected housing. The two buildings are connected by means of a winter garden.
There is a considerable level of interest in Germany in this care format, which is relatively new in Germany. The premisis has a surface of 3.400 m2, including a terrace and a garden.
