Wildenborch has developed a building with 48 residences of 41 m2 to 72 m2 for protected housing, assisted for the elderly and infirm residents of Gross-Gerau (10 km from Frankfurt am Main). This project is being accompanied by the nearby situated care home, which has been build in phase one of the project.
There is a considerable level of interest in Germany in this care format, which is relatively new in Germany. The premisis has a surface of 3.400 m2, including a terrace and a garden.
